Crispy Egg Tikka

Ingredients

  • 8 Piece Eggs
  • 4 Piece Potatoes
  • 1 Tablespoons Coriander leaves
  • 1 Cup Bread crumbs
  • To Fry Ghee
  • To Taste Pepper
  • To Taste Salt
  • 2 Piece Egg whites

·        Add salt, pepper to the potatoes & Mix well

·        Coat the egg halves with the potato mixture

·        Deep them into the egg white, Sprinkle bread crumbs on top & deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.

·        Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
