Chinese Pulao

Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Rice
  • 2 Bunch Spring Onion
  • 1 Big Carrot Large
  • 1 Cup Peas
  • 4 Tablespoons Soya Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoons White Vinegar
  • 4 Tablespoons Chili Sauce
  • 2 Small Chicken Cubes
  • 1 Tablespoons Ginger Paste
  • 1 Tablespoons Garlic paste
  • 1 Pinch White Pepper Powder
  • 2 Pinch Black Pepper Powder
  • .5 Tablespoons Chinese salt

1.     In a pan bring boil in 3 and ¾ cup water add 1 chicken cube and 2 tbsp., oil and mix, cover and cook till rice tender.

2.     In a bowl break eggs add little salt and whisk well.

3.     Heat half cup oil add ginger and garlic paste fry till smell removes then add beaten eggs, carrot, peas chili sauce, soya sauce, 1 chicken cube mix well.

4.     Add black pepper, white pepper, Chinese salt, let peas and carrot soft and eggs cooked on low flame.

5.     Now add spring onion into boiled rice and add cooked egg and vegetable masala and mix with light hand to combine rice and egg well.

6.     Chinese Pulao is ready.
