Introducing the Off-White x Nike Air Presto – part of an upcoming collection aptly named “The Ten” which includes many of the most iconic Nike footwear.
Famed designer Virgil Abloh almost broke the internet when it was revealed that he was working alongside Nike earlier this year. There’s been plenty of rumours and leaked images but finally, official shots are released and fans get a closer look at this inspired collection.
Looking to industrial and contemporary design influences, Off-White gives the popular Nike Air Presto its most eye-catching transformation to date. The eye is instantly drawn to that oversized “AIR” insignia which is stamped to a velcro heel strap at the rear.
Unlike the conventional neoprene crafted silhouettes, this shoe arrives with laser cut mesh and a chunky, padded tongue. It’s ultra comfortable and promises that foot-hugging comfort which is both breathable and lightweight.
That dark colourway across the upper is accented by a translucent white lace cage and a set of white laces. In true Off-White form, a stitched Swoosh features and a synthetic cable tie gives that classic street aesthetic.
The Off-White x Nike Air Presto is scheduled to release initially across exclusive outlets during this year’s Fashion Weeks. However, a wider launch is expected, so keep it glued to our social media pages for more updates and alerts.
